What do I do to book an order in for invitations?
  1. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required upon placement of order; balance is to be paid upon completion of job.

  2. You may opt to “pay off the deposit”, and once 50% is reached we will commence your order. 

  3. Paper Fantasy will provide a copy of all documents for PROOF READING. The invitation will be printed in at least 3 different font styles for you to select from.

  4. The client will note any alterations/corrections on the PROOF; advise Paper Fantasy of these. Paper Fantasy will make amendments and forward them to the client.

  5. All proofs must be signed off by the client in writing before printing is commenced.

  6. The quoted price may increase/decrease from the original due to changes made by the client such as increased/ decreased quantities; items of stationery added/removed.

How long will it take for my invitations to be ready once I pay the deposit?

1.     At Paper Fantasy we aim to get all orders out asap, however this may take 6-8 weeks depending on the number of jobs that are currently booked in (the client will be advised of a fair and reasonable completion date). Please discuss this when booking.

(a)   the turn around time starts from when full information is provided (just paying a deposit does not necessarily mean the job will be completed within the time frame above).

What happens if my order is urgent?

Urgent orders may incur an additional charge due to expectations of evening and weekend work.

Urgent orders often need to be done out of hours otherwise it will impact the day to day activity in the store and workshop.

How long is my quote valid?

All quotes are valid for 30 days.   Prices are also subject to change without notice, however this will only apply if and when suppliers pricing changes. 

I have my guest list written out, will I just send it to you?

Our preferred method of receiving guest lists is via a spreadsheet. This ensures everything is clear to read and easy to understand, therefore allowing the order to be processed quickly. 

Handwritten Lists

If a hand written list is provided it will incur an additional fee due to the extra time it takes us to interpret/decipher your writing when we are printing your stationery and proof reading your names and addresses.

What if I need extra invitations?

We highly recommend that you allow at least 5 extra blank invitations (for guests that have inadvertently been forgotten or added to your list) when you order.  If you require us to print extra invitations after we have completed your job a fee per invitation will be charged.
